Secure Online Payment
When filling in our booking form you will be asked for your card details to secure your booking. We are using a direct connection to stripe.com which is one of the safest online payment options and your card details won’t be stored on our servers at any time. Payment will only be taken once we have allocated a cleaner to you.

Domestico’s administration team has over 20 years of combined experience in the cleaning industry, both in cleaning and in delivering excellent customer service. Our experience allows us to customise each clean to the needs of the individual customer.
No Minimum Term Contract
Unlike many other agencies, Domestico does not tie you into a minimum term contract. You can cancel your service at any time by giving us 24 hours notice. We like to treat our customers fair!

HOW IT WORKS
It’s really simple
1. Book Online Or Call
Let us know your property details, required service and your payment details.
2. We Call You
Once we have received a notification of your booking, a member of the Domestico team will call to ask you some questions about yourself and your property. This enables us to allocate you with a cleaner best suited to carry out your clean.
3. Booking Confirmed
You will then receive a confirmation email with a more accurate time of your booking and a personal profile of the cleaner who will be carrying out your clean. This way you know who will be knocking on your door on the date of your clean.
4. Your Service Is Carried Out
Your cleaner will then cater to your needs on your given date and pre-confirmed time. You can use the information given to you by the Domestico team to help you guide your cleaner to do the things you would like to get done.
5. Payment Processing
We will take payment from you once the clean has been completed. Your card details are safe at all times as we don’t save them on our servers. We are using Stripe as an external payment provider.
